WHAT is High Street Loyal?

High Street Loyal is a new community loyalty programme that allows High Street Loyal Members to earn High Street Points at participating merchants.
To benefit from the High Street Loyal programme, prospective High Street Loyal Members simply create an account on the High Street Loyal website, register an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card and use that card when shopping, dining out or enjoying activities at participating stores, restaurants and attractions; High Street Points will automatically be credited to their account.

WHO is eligible for the Programme?

Only individuals can become members of High Street Loyal , not companies or organizations. To become a High Street Loyal Member you need to create an Account and register an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card issued in the UK. HOW do I register?

You simply have to create a free account at highstreetloyal.uk to start earning High Street Points at participating merchants. In this process, you will need to register an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit card, debit card or prepaid card.

When you complete the full registration process, which includes replying to the registration confirmation email, you will be eligible to earn High Street Points automatically at participating stores, restaurants and attractions.

HOW secure is my card number?

Once registered, your card number will be stored in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). For more information on The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), please visit the Payment Card Industry website.

The programme, including the secure payment card registration and matching service, is provided by OnKard Technologies Ltd, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified company. OnKard Technologies Ltd. does not charge your credit or debit card at registration and will never charge your Visa or Mastercard credit card, debit card or prepaid card in the future. Your Visa or Mastercard card number is used only to identify qualifying transactions at participating merchants using state-of-the-art encryption technology.

HOW many Visa or Mastercard payment cards can I register?

When creating an account, you will be able to register one payment card, either Visa or Mastercard, so you can start earning High Street Points. After completing registration, you can add additional Visa or Mastercard payment cards for a combined total of 9 additional cards, under “My Account” on the website, immediately or on a subsequent visit to the website. Most people use different payment cards for different types of transactions, and you will want to be able to earn High Street Points as often as possible.

WHICH cards are eligible to earn High Street Points?

To start earning points, you can register any valid Visa or Mastercard credit card, debit card or prepaid card issued in the UK.

HOW do I know where I can earn and spend High Street Points?

You will earn and spend High Street Points at all participating High Street Loyal merchants. To earn points simply use your registered Visa or Mastercard card when you shop. To spend you will select the merchant before you shop, choose how many points you wish to spend, and create a cashback voucher before your purchase. Pay the full price for your purchase using your registered Visa or Mastercard card and you will receive an immediate notification of the cash value of your voucher being credited to your Visa or Mastercard card account. WHAT if I return an item that I have purchased?

If you return an item, the "Pending" High Street Points for that transaction will not be credited to your High Street Loyal account. For a partial return on a multiple-item transaction, the High Street Points earned for the non-returned portion will still apply.

WHEN do I start earning and spending points?

You will be able to earn High Street Points offers featured on the website immediately upon registration. You will be able to spend when you have accumulated sufficient points.

WHEN will the High Street Points be credited to my account?

High Street Points will appear first as "Pending" in your "My Awards" on the High Street Loyal website.
It may take up to 72 hours before showing up as "Pending".

"Pending" points will be converted to "Awarded" points in between 3 and 30 days depending on individual merchants’ policies.

WHOM should I contact when a transaction does not appear on my transaction history?

If a qualifying transaction does not appear on your transaction history on the High Street Loyal website, please contact the High Street Loyal customer service team at This email address is being protected from spambots. WHAT if the High Street Points are not credited to my account?

High Street Points will be credited to your High Street Loyal account within 72 hours or 30 days depending on the type of transaction as mentioned above.
